Molo’s outerwear is warm, wind and waterproof and has a high degree of breathability. It is lined with recycled polyester from 3M™ Thinsulate™, which is warm but light and very effective in its insulating ability.The insulation absorbs body heat, and at the same time lets moisture escape so the child does not get damp when the temperature fluctuates or at high activity level.

RECYCLED OUTERWEAR
Sustainability is a natural part of the Molo DNA, as we feel we have a duty to future generations. In the outerwear collection, you will therefore find sustainable styles completely or partially produced from recycled fibers, such as polyester and nylon. The recycled fibres are made from post-consumer waste, such as plastic bottles and fishing nets, which take on a new value in their second life.
The recycled materials cover everything from shell fabric to lining and insulation, without compromising on the high quality and the high performance of the garment. Molo was one of three test winners in a PFC-free test. 31 out of 34 brand fail this test!
The Norwegian Institute of Water Research conducted an independent test of the amount of harmful PFC substances in children and baby clothes, and Molo came in among the top three winners that had the least amount of harmful substances.

VISIBILITY IN THE DARK
At Molo, we create highly visible outerwear products to make sure that your child is safe in the dark. We use reflective piping and large star or stripe reflectors, which makes your child visible at a far distance.
