The retention period depends on the nature of the inquiry. General inquiries are stored in op to 2 years. If you are a customer or are employed by one of our customers, suppliers, business customers and others external partners etc., we refer to the section below.

2.3.1 Types of personal data
When you use our webshop, Molo processes your personal data. Molo can collect, process and store the following types of personal data about you:

2.3.2 The purposes of the processing

Sending marketing without consent based on previous purchases from us in cases where where we choose to make use of this option in the Marketing Act

2.3.4 Retention period
As a general rule, we will store your personal data for 2 years after your last purchase. If you have purchased products that are covered by a guarantee, we delete your personal data at the end of warranty period. Information relating to accounting material is stored for 5 years from the end of the accounting year, to which the information relates. We may, however, process your personal data for a longer period i anonymized form.

When you use our webshop, we can share your personal data with the following categories recipients:

2.4.4 Retention period
Your personal data will be stored as long as your consent to receive marketing is active. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each email or by contacting us as described below. Withdrawal of your consent does not, however, affect the legality of the processing that preceded the revocation. We store documentation for your consent for two years from the time you have revoked your consent to receive direct marketing material. The retention period is determined on the basis of our legitimate interest in being able to document that we have sent out direct marketing in accordance with applicable legislation (data protection regulation article 6, paragraph 1, letter f).

3. If you are looking for a job at Molo
When you apply for a job at Molo, we process your personal data in connection with the recruitment process. We recommend that your application does not contain a CPR number or sensitive information personal data, such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic background, religion, trade union membership, sexuality or health information.
3.1 Types of personal data
Molo can collect, process and store the following types of personal data about you:
Contact information such as name, e-mail address and telephone number
Information that appears in the application, CV and any attachments
Relevant information that is publicly available on the internet and social media, Including particular information about previous employment, activities, competences, performance and general appearance
Results of personality tests, if you complete such
Criminal record, if necessary in relation to the position you have applied for
References from previous and/or current employers that you have indicated in your application, or that you have given consent for us to contact
Health information, if the position you have applied for makes special health requirements

3.2 Purpose of the processing
Your personal data will be used to assess whether we want to offer you a position at Molo.
3.3 Processing basis
Molo processes your personal data on one or more of the following bases:
Legitimate interests: We can process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests interest in assessing whether we want to offer you employment, including on the basis of the information you provide in your CV, application and any attachments, based on relevant information that are publicly available on the internet and social media, results of personality tests, references from reference persons you have specified in your application and other information you gives us in connection with the recruitment process. The treatment may also be necessary for our legitimate interest in defending or asserting legal claims (data protection regulation article 6, paragraph 1, letter f).
Consent: If we cannot offer you a job, in some cases we would like to be allowed to save your application for a later time. We only do this if you have given yours prior consent to this (data protection regulation article 6, paragraph 1, letter a). In special cases, the position you have applied for may require health conditions, which we out from a specific assessment need to know before we can offer you the position. In these cases will we obtain your express consent prior to the processing of your sensitive data personal data (data protection regulation article 6, paragraph 1, letter a and article 9, paragraph 2, letter a).
3.4 Retention period
If you are offered a position at Molo, your application and additional relevant personal data collected in connection with the employment procedure will be stored in your personnel file with us. If you are not offered a position, we will store your application and any additional ones personal data collected in connection with the employment procedure, for a period of 6months after our refusal, unless you have given your consent to a longer storage of such personal data.
You can revoke any consents you may have given as part of our at any time employment procedure. Withdrawal of your consent will have effect for the future processing of your personal data, but does not affect the legality of the processing that is based on the consent prior to the revocation. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can contact us as indicated below.
The criminal record is deleted immediately after we have reviewed it.

4. If you are a supplier, business customer, or other external business partner, etc.
This section contains the policy for Molo's processing of personal data about owners of sole proprietorships or contact persons at suppliers, business customers and others external business partners etc. who collaborate with Molo.

5. If you are a model for Molo or the parent/guardian of a model at Molo
When you are a model for Molo or a parent/guardian of a model for us, we process yours personal data in connection with the working relationship.

Molo can collect, process and store the following types of personal data about you:
Contact information such as name, e-mail address and telephone number
Pictures
Body measurements, including waist measurement, height, shoe size, etc.
Health information, if the position you hold makes special demands on health conditions
Other information you give us in connection with the working relationship
We can receive such information directly from you (primarily through e-mails and other correspondence with you) or from a third party such as your modeling agency.
5.2 Purpose of the processing

6.1 When you visit our stores
This section contains the policy for Molos' processing of personal data about customers in Molos shops.

When you visit or buy something in one of Molo's stores, Molo can collect, process and store it your payment information.

7.1 Types of personal data
When you deliver goods at our physical locations, Molo processes your personal data via TV- supervision. Molo can collect, process and store the following types of personal data about you:

Photo and video material in connection with TV surveillance

To ensure the security of our physical locations
To prevent and solve crime at our physical locations
7.3 Processing basis
Molo processes your personal data on the following basis:
Legitimate interests: We base the processing of your personal data on our legitimate ones interests in being able to give you access to our physical locations as well as in protecting our physical locations (data protection regulation article 6, paragraph 1, letter f).
Information about criminalsconditions collected via TV surveillance are also processed on the basis of Molo's rightsinterests in solving criminal matters (section 8, subsection 3 of the Data Protection Act).
7.4 Retention period
Recordings from TV surveillance set up for crime-fighting purposes are stored for a maximum of 30 days, unless we need to store the information longer for the purpose of clarification a specific case. However, the information can be stored longer in anonymized form.

When you deliver goods to us, we may share your personal data with data processors who provide IT systems for TV surveillance.

For LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest, Molo is together with the providers of those social media joint data controllers for the processing of personal data collected in connection with your interactions with the profiles, including the posts of the profiles.
Molo and the providers of LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest have entered into an agreement on the allocation of data protection responsibilities. Under these agreements, Molo and the providers of the social media platforms are each responsible for the tasks associated with the processing that each of us carries out.
However, it has been agreed between Molo and the provider of Facebook and Instagram that the provider is responsible to enable you to exercise your rights as described in the section 'Your rights' below, in connection with the use of Facebook and Instagram, and that Molo is responsible to provide you with the information described below.
It has also been agreed between Molo and LinkedIn, that LinkedIn is responsible for responding to requests from you regarding the rights that are described in the section 'Your rights' below.
Molo also uses the provider of YouTube as a data processor in connection with these devices' use of YouTube and in that connection also share certain information about your interactions, interests etc. with YouTube. This sharing takes place on the basis of our and Google's legitimate interest in optimizing marketing and the service, including our videos, on YouTube (data protection regulation article 6, paragraph 1, letter f).

When you visit or interact with our profiles on social media, Molo and the provider of it can the social media in question collect, process and store the following types of personal data about you:

9.4 Retention period
Direct inquiries are stored as a starting point for up to 2 years, but the storage period is depending on the content of the inquiry. We encourage you to delete comments, likes and other interactions you have left on our profile, if you no longer want them displayed on our pages. Molo does not delete such publicly available ones interactions.
Please see the privacy policy of the individual social media provider for information on where as long as they store your personal data.
9.5 Categories of Recipients
When you visit our profiles on our social media, we may share your information data processors who provide IT systems to support marketing, including providers of the social media (see the list above) where we can market our activities.

10. Disclosure to other data controllers
Under each section above, you can read about which categories of recipients we can share your personal data with. The following applies in addition to the recipients we have specified for eachsection above.
Changes in the company structure: In connection with Molo's development, the company structure may change, e.g. by full or partial sale of the company. In the event of a partial transfer of assets containing personal data, is the processing basis for the connected transfer of personal data as a starting point of the data protection regulation, Article 6, subsection 1, letter f, as Molo has an interest in transferring parts of its assets as well as making commercial/structural changes.
