If you regret your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days, provided they are in the same condition as received, unused, with intact labels and in the original packaging.

Return the items without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. If the last day for exercising the right of withdrawal falls on a holiday, a Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, December 24th, or December 31st, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Please fill out the  enclosed with your package and return the items to us via a carrier of your choice. It’s important that you send the package directly to our warehouse at Molo A/S, Traneholmvej 2 port 5-7, 2680 Solrød Strand, Denmark. Do not send the package to parcel shops, as cash on delivery or without a valid delivery address. Any packages sent to parcel shops will not be collected and will be returned to you unclaimed.

Please note that all shipping costs are your responsibility, and you will be held liable if the package or any items are damaged during transport.
