Shipping & Handling

Your order ships within 24 hours on weekdays. Please note that during sale periods the shipment of your order can be up to 5 working days delayed.

Your order will be shipped via GLS and the costs price depends on the country of delivery. Please note that parcels to Sweden and Finland will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.

Delivery time is usually 2-5 days after shipment date when shipped to an address in Europe. Molo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please note, that during campaigns, delivery time can be longer.

Molo ships to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Mainland only), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Mainland only) and Sweden.

You have the option to return your order purchased at molo.com within 30 days of purchase. The 30 days return policy also includes items on sale.

To return an item, just fill in the Return Merchandise form, which is included with your order.

You will have to pay for the return shipment. Feel free to use the bag that your order came in to return the item(s). 

 

You will have to use any other shipping provider than Hermes for return packages to Molo due to the fact that Hermes only delivers to drop points in Denmark. Please use any other shipping provider such as GLS, DHL or UPS.

 

Please send the return order to our company address. Molo will not pick up any return orders sent to a parcel shops or other form of return/pick up store. 

 

When you return an order, you are refunded the purchase price. The refund will be credited to the card, that you paid with, within 5 days from the time the return order is received and we have checked that it the items are not damaged in any way. In case the product you want to exchange is sold out, you will be refunded within 5 days.


Damaged item

Customers are allowed to try the purchased item/items to verify that the function and characteristics of the products are in order. To get a full refund for a returned item, though, you may not use it or wash it, and all original tags must not be removed. The customer is responsible for any change or damage to an item when handling it. This means that if the item has been used for anything other than what is permitted, it will be regarded as used. This means that if you wish to return the item, you would either receive no refund or a partial refund, depending on the individual case.


Exchange

If you want to exchange a the style into a different style than you have ordred, you need to place a new order on molo.com and return the unwanted and ask for a refund.

If you want the same style in an other size please send back the item you wish returned to Molo within 30 days. When you want to exchange an item, just fill in the Return Merchandise form, which is included with your order. 

In case the product you want to exchange to is sold out, you will be refunded within 5 days.

Complaints

Molo always strives to make sure its products are of the highest quality, but sometimes mistakes happen, and a product is not up to our usual, high standards. If this is the case, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the mistake.

Consumers may complain about goods within a 2-year period. If possible, your item will be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, you will get a new item in the same size and model. If this is not possible, you will be offered your money back if the complaint is justified and not due to any fault or misuse on your part.

You must make the complaint at a reasonable time after you have noticed the defect. We always consider a claim to be valid if received within 2 months after you purchased an item. When you wish to complain, contact Molo by telephone or mail first. If you want to return the item, please send it to:

How to shop at Molo

You have to be 18 years old to shop at molo.com – if you are under 18 years old, then you have to have permission from your parents or guardian.

There are 5 steps involved in making a purchase at molo.com:


1.Find the item/items you want and put them in your cart, then go to checkout
2.Fill in your personal information.
3. Choose method of shipment.
4. Review your order and accept our Terms and Conditions.
5. Choose your method of payment and approve the order

 

You card is first charged when your order has left our warehouse. 

 

We have implemented 3D Secure to enhance the security of online credit card payments. 3D Secure is a common name for security standards Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The 3D Secure adds an extra security step to the payment process. You will receive a one-time password by text message, which must be entered immediately after you enter your credit card information.

All prices include VAT and local taxes (if any). The prices shown are daily prices.


Fraud

Molo reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a suspicion of fraud, false information or hacking. This is also true in cases of bad faith; for example, an obvious price misprint at molo.com.


Personal data at the time of purchase

When you shop online at molo.dk, we ask you to provide some personal data, which include:


- First and last name
- Address
- Email
- Telephone number


The purpose of gathering this information is to deliver your items to you.

Personal information provided to Molo A/S is kept for 5 years, after which it is deleted.

We always ensure that you have given your express consent to providing us with your personal information and that you have understood what information we need and what this information is used for.

Our Director and those responsible for the data at molo.com have access to the information about you.

We do not save encrypted costumer information, nor do we transmit encrypted customer information.

Information provided to molo.com will never be forwarded or sold to a third party, nor will we ever register any private, personal information.

We register your email when you sign up for our newsletter, but we never share it with anyone else.

When you fill in your mobile/cell number, you are giving us permission to contact you via text message to inform you about your order. Please note that you have accepted our personal data policy (use of your personal data) when you use our website, also our use of cookies. When you are registered at molo.dk, you retain the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know which information is registered about you.

The Danish law governing personal data guarantees you these rights and any inquiries regarding this law should be sent via email to webshop@molo.dk.


Cookies

molo.com uses cookies in order to optimise the web site and how it functions, so your visit to our web site is as easy as possible. Cookies, for example, will remember what you have placed in your cart, if you have ever visited the site, if you are signed in, and which language and currency you prefer to use.

You can delete cookies by choosing ‘Tools’ in your browser and click on ‘Internet Settings’. Then click on ‘Delete cookies’ and then OK. After this, all registered information is deleted from your computer.
