Right to return

 If you regret your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days, provided they are in the same condition as received, unused, with intact labels and in the original packaging.

Return the items without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. If the last day for exercising the right of withdrawal falls on a holiday, a Saturday, Sunday, December 24th, or December 31st, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs when you cancel part of your purchase.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive your goods. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to webshop@molo.com or return your purchased items as described below. You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of these terms and conditions, but it is not mandatory.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us. For unclaimed packages returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a return fee to cover our costs.
